Enrolments for participating kindergartens are now open and can be completed entirely online.

Parents or caregivers of three and four-year-olds are encouraged to enrol early.

Enrolments need to be accompanied by proof of immunisation in the form of an Immunisation History Statement, as well as a Health Care Card and/or pensioner card if applicable.

An Immunisation History Statement can be requested from the Australian Immunisation Register by calling 1800 653 809, or through residents’ MyGov accounts, or from a Medicare Service Centre.

Families who do not hold a Medicare card must call the Australian Immunisation Register to request an Immunisation History Statement.
